1. Notify Regulations immediately.
2. We demand justified, inclusive and equitable regulations.
3. Rectify the anomalies in 1996 & 2006 pay revisions.
4. Implement CAS from 1.1.1996.
5. Immediately announce appropriate scales for Demonstrators
6. Release 80% financial assistance to states for pay
revision payments.
7. Immediately constitute ‘Higher Education Commission.’
8. Stop Commercialization of Higher Education.
9. Strengthen public funded education.
10. Give 100% to the states for implementation of pay scales.
11. Implement Pay scales in toto including allowances, retirement age etc.
12. Implement revised scales for all AICTE governed teachers
13. SG lecturers/ Readers may be promoted as Associate professors
14. Oppose Centralisation of Higher Education
15. Varsity status shouldn't be accorded to Private agencies
16. Don’t allow Foreign Education Providers
